Finally got to test these on a 40 mile ride yesterday. Big improvement compared to regular compression shorts. The gel pad stayed where it should and I wasn't nearly as sore when I got home
Wasn't sure how much the gel padding would actually help but I'm impressed. I have used them on four rides now and they're way more comfortable than my old cycling shorts
These made a huge difference on my longer rides. Did about 35 miles last weekend and normally I'm pretty sore by the end, but the padding helped a lot. Comfortable and breathable too
