That’s why we’ve designed a clear and transparent return policy. Please read the information below carefully regarding return locations and costs.
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot process your refund or exchange request.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
We take full responsibility. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement.
Change of Mind (Size, Color, Preference):
You may still return your order within 30 days if you simply changed your mind. However, please be aware of the following:

Step 1: Contact Us
Send an email to info@northmans-outdoor.com including your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Our customer service team will review your request within 24 hours. We will provide you with the exact warehouse address in Asia and a Return Form.
Step 3: Pack & Ship
Carefully place the product in its original packaging.
Important: You must use a shipping method with Track & Trace. Please share the tracking number with us via email. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Once we receive your return at our Asia facility, our warehouse team will inspect the product. You will be notified by email regarding the approval of your refund.
Would you prefer a different size, color, or model? Simply contact us at info@northmans-outdoor.com within 30 days.
Please note: For exchanges due to personal preference, you will need to return the original item to our warehouse in Asia (at your own cost) before the new item is dispatched.
